This site provides 200+ pages of protection and prevention information by Dr Faulkner. It contains the latest information on child protection including a list of US child protection laws. Also included is a comprehensive list of resources, such as safety tips, publications, and prevention programs. In addition, there are articles for parents on child abuse, personal survivor stories, and a list of statistics. This site is helpful in raising awareness of child abuse. We found the navigation to be straightforward and updates are frequent.

This topic center focuses on Abuse and includes information on types of abuse (physical abuse, mental abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, psychological abuse, and neglect).  Also included is information about preventing abuse, what to do if you are being abused, and abuse reporting resources.   In addition, the site also includes links to valuable resources, related blog entries, questions and answers, and the opportunity to share experiences through an online support community.

Its main focus is corporal punishment in schools, but much of the information covers abuse in general.
