Available both in French and English, this is an interesting and informative site of a nonprofit Canadian health organisation to form a nationwide network of service to help Canadians affected by Alzheimer's disease. Their mission, 'help for today', is offered by providing detailed information and support to caregivers through various means. Apart from that, 'hope for tomorrow' is done through funding research into the cause and cure of the disease and by advocating with the government on behalf of those with the disease. They also have a Wandering Registry which helps people with the disease to return home safely after a period of wandering and also discussion forums for caregivers and professionals.
