COVID-19 Counseling

So much has changed, and in such a short time. Kids are navigating new ways of school, unemployment rates are rising, family and friends may be sick - this all can add to the stress you or individuals in your community are experiencing. Sometimes stressors like these may lead to feeling hopeless and even having thoughts of suicide.  You are not alone…we are here to help.  You deserve support, and we want that for you.  Be well. Be supported. Feel like you. Our Crisis Team offer a listening ear, ongoing emotional support, and can provide information on resources and referrals as needed.
